This is the personal site of Tyler L. Gaynes. Snellings Walters Insurance Agency (SWIA) keeps the firm site separately.
Who I am
Tyler L. Gaynes is an insurance broker and producer. He is not an attorney. Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client relationship. When something sits outside his practice, he has contacts he can refer for accounting, legal, risk management, and OSHA-related needs.
He holds a degree in Risk Management. He stays humble about the credential and focuses his work heavily on risk management for commercial clients.
How coverage works
Policies are brokered through insurance carriers with which Tyler and Snellings Walters Insurance Agency have relationships. Carriers underwrite and issue coverage. Binding, terms, and claims handling follow the carrier and the written policy, not informal website notes.
Personal site
tlgrisk.com is Tyler's personal site for opinions and market notes. Snellings Walters keeps the firm site separately. Website content is general information, not a quote, binder, or legal opinion.
No guarantee
Submitting the Contact form does not by itself change carrier records or move coverage. An electronically signed Broker of Record letter authorizes Snellings Walters Insurance Agency for the listed policies; carrier acceptance follows the carrier's own process.
What you can send
Through Contact, you may send a message and optional files (PDF, Word, Excel/CSV, or images, up to 20 MB each). Please do not include personal information such as birthdays, Social Security numbers, or employee names.
What we keep on the website
Your message and any files you attach are emailed once to Snellings Walters’ intake inbox. The site holds them only long enough to send them (if sending fails, only until a retry succeeds, and never more than 24 hours), then permanently deletes them. The site keeps no copy. Its activity log records only the time, the type of request, and a reference number.
When you electronically sign a Broker of Record letter, the signed PDF and any files you attach are emailed to Snellings Walters’ intake inbox, and a copy is emailed to you. The site then permanently deletes them. It does not keep the PDF or a signing record.
What happens to files and form details
Files and form details are sent to the firm’s intake by email for handling. Files are not kept on the site and are never published.
Auto-reply
You may get a short email confirming we received your note.
Security
The Contact path uses HTTPS, rate limits, file-type checks, and size limits. Uploads are sent over encrypted connections, and files are permanently deleted from the site once their emails are sent.
No sale of data
We do not sell your email — not now and not ever. We do not sell your contact information or personal data.
Premium access
If you request Premium access, the site keeps your name, company name, and email address so you can be given access and Tyler can follow up. A one-time code is emailed to you and expires in 15 minutes. This sign-up list is not sold.
Form Submission Records
This site does not store submissions or uploaded files. Each submission is transmitted once to Snellings Walters' intake inbox, including the date, time, and originating IP address, and is then discarded from this site.
